Delivery Information

I keep a small stock of each tool in stock so aim to process and pack your orders within 3 days of receiving the order. Occasionally orders may take longer to process.

UK SHIPPING

Shipping is FREE to the UK for all orders of £35 and over, orders under £35 are a flat rate of £1.55.

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class which normally takes 2-3 working days.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT AVAILABLE YET (my website is new so I'm taking a bit of time to learn the system first. You can still order my tools via my ETSY shop here.)

International items are sent via Evri which is a tracked service. Shipping times can cary greatly and is out of my control, please allow up to 30 working days as services can vary depending on your location (mostly parcels are delivered between 8 and 15 days). 

Customs and import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to me due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.

If you provide the wrong shipping details and fail to identify the error until after the parcel has been shipped out, then the lost parcel is your responsibility.
